After years inside agencies including Chiat Day, Goodby Silverstein and Deutsch, Tania created Decoder Ring around a simple idea: the best work comes from getting closer to the problem, not adding more layers between the people thinking and the people making.

So we stay close.

To the strategy.
To the audience.
To the idea.
And all the way through to the finished thing.

Tania has spent her career building brands, launching products and creating integrated campaigns across U.S. and international markets for Toyota, Nissan, PlayStation, Mattel, Adidas and more.

The medium has changed a lot along the way. The job hasn’t.

Understand people. Find the thing that matters. Make it impossible to ignore.

That thinking can become a brand identity, campaign, film, digital experience, social ecosystem, launch, activation or something that didn’t have a name when we started.

Today, that also means working fluently with emerging technology and AI, not as a replacement for creative thinking, but as another tool for expanding what’s possible.

Decoder Ring can lead the big idea, build the system around it, assemble the right team, or roll up its sleeves and make the work.

Often, it’s all of the above.
