After years inside agencies like Chiat Day, Goodby Silverstein, and Deutsch, Tania built Decoder Ring to work differently. Fewer layers. Sharper thinking. Work that actually moves.

The approach is simple: understand people deeply, then create something they can’t ignore. Not louder. Smarter. More human.

Multicultural by nature and global in experience, she has led campaigns across U.S. and international markets for brands including Toyota, Nissan, PlayStation, Mattel, Adidas, and more. Different categories. Same standard. The work has to connect.

What we make lives everywhere it needs to—social, film, digital, experiential, retail—but it always feels like one cohesive idea. Not pieces. A system.
